Priezac cottage is built of local stone and was renovated in 2004. It comprises 2 double bedrooms, ample living areas and is ideal for either a couple or 3 to 4 persons to enjoy a self catering holiday in a very peaceful location.

Dining Area: Oak refectory table & chairs.
Kitchen: Well equipped with dishwasher; cooker; fridge-freezer & microwave. Double doors to back garden. Spiral staircase from lounge area leading to the first floor.

First Floor
Two double bedrooms with built in wardrobes and storage space.
Large landing area with settee and chairs.
A cot (with bedding) and high chair are available if needed.

Outside
Enclosed garden with grass and shrubs. Wooden decking terrace with table, chairs and parasol. Gas BBQ. Loungers & cushions.

All electricity and gas (bottled), including the BBQ;
Bed linen – comprising duvet covers, sheets, & pillow cases;

Welcome Pack of bread, milk, etc.

A well behaved pet is also welcome and there is safe and secure parking in front of the cottage.  All this is set within the extensive gardens and fields of the owners’ property and David and Doreen are on site should you need advice or information to help make your holiday as enjoyable as possible.
